As with anything in life, it is what you make it. You must however learn to bring that attitude of hand to hand combat into the classroom and always be in that mindset. "Those who desire peace, prepare for war". That comes with your attitude you bring to the class. A humble animal when it is time to act. It doesnt mean go at everything 100%, it means you picture and put yourself in a state , regardless of speed, that you are actually picturing what is happening to the bad guy that is getting destroyed in front of you.
Bring it. Aggressiveness that is controlled will heighten your training.
