We all know the benefits of fitness to our health and longevity, however, it is just as critical to battle regardless of the time engaged in combat that leads to your success. Therefore, Challenge yourself and always question why you are stopping during a workout. Is it I'm winded? Tired? Fatigued? or just never pushed yourself past that limit. Expand your limits. Can you keep going? Yeah, Pretty much. You can. David Goggins said ": When you think your body is done, you are only 40% done", so dig in, push yourself. Keep pushing the limits for that one day might save your life.
